Well done to Gornal's own World Champion kick boxers Nathan and Natasha Markland, who have both triumphed recently in the CIMAC International World Cup. Natasha, just 16, has stepped up from the children's sections into the adult women's category and dominated the opposition in her senior debut. Big brother Nathan, 18, retained his Senior Men's Over 82kg title. Their proud dad Peter was also a World Champion kick boxer and told the Dudley News last week of his joy at his son's and daughter's performance, saying that it had been a long, hard competition with a very high standard. sport@yampy.co.uk. --> back
