World Book Day Activities

A Gornal born author's first novel has been chosen as a Book of the Month by Dudley Libraries, as part of the Council's activities to support World Book Day.

Richard Neath's first novel A Fall of Stone (click here for website) will be featured in Gornal Library before circulating to other borough libraries on a monthly basis.

Other events taking place during March and April to mark World Book Day include:
  • Quiz for adults and children, with prizes including a £25 book token.
  • Wordsearch
  • Favourite Book Poll
  • Library 'Passport' - collect a stamp from as many Dudley libraries as possible for the chance to win a prize.

For further information, contact Sue Evans on 01384 812949 - or why not pop along to Gornal Library?
