Coffee at Gornal Library for brave Emily
Gornal Library is hosting a coffee morning this Friday, 16th April 2004
between 10.00 am and 12.00, with proceeds going to a very good cause.
Emily Hart is a two year old tot from Netherton who suffers from
Metachromatic Leukodystrophy. Tragically, her life could be over in a matter of months or years.
Her story was featured in the local press recently when Gornal mum Kelly Parsons
offered to raise funds for Emily through sponsorship on the forthcoming Dudley Borough trail.
We hope that as many Yampy readers as possible will pop in for a cuppa on Friday to help raise
funds for research into this dreadful disease.
